Drive-Thru & ATM Live Teller
Good question! ATMs with Live Tellers are a part of our on-going commitment to enhancing the member experience, allowing us to provide face-to-face service for our members through the use of technology. Using an ATM with Live Teller is like talking on a webcam or Facetiming with a friend, but in this case, you’re talking with one of Honor’s Virtual Member Specialists. This team member will help you conduct any of the financial transactions that you’re used to performing through the drive-thru, right through the machine.
You can perform virtually any transaction that you normally would at any other member center’s drive-thru via these machines, which include:
- Make deposits
- Make withdrawals
- Cash checks
- Transfer money
- Make loan or credit card payments
- Receive balance information
As a self-service option, you can also use the ATM Live Teller as a traditional ATM, allowing you to perform financial transactions on your own without live assistance.
The experience will be largely the same as now, but completed digitally. Simply drive up and press the screen to get started, which will connect you to one of our Virtual Member Specialists who will walk you through the transaction.
The Space on Stadium (SOS), is an innovative place for Honor and its community partners to gather and collaborate.
- Capacity for 100 people
- Full catering kitchen
- Flexible seating
- Large projector screen
- Audio and visual equipment
While Stadium Drive is a full-service member center, the Connect Center, located in downtown Kalamazoo, offers an innovative approach to banking.
Designed for ultimate hospitality and flexibility, the focus of the Connect Center is on building relationships one conversation at a time, in a collaborative environment that encourages members to use digital tools to accomplish their financial transactions. Although the Connect Center does not include a traditional teller line, Honor Team Members are present to assist members with all their banking needs in a one-on-one format and a full-service ATM will be available.
Whether our members need to meet up with an Honor team member or one of their own clients, the Connect Center provides the space, technology, and flexibility to serve as a landing point for those connections. In addition, the Connect Center features refreshments from local businesses for members to enjoy while conducting personal and business banking functions.
To provide our Oshtemo Member Center team with adequate time to transition as they prepare to serve members at our new Stadium Drive location, our Oshtemo Member Center (including the drive-thru ATM) will close permanently at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 14th.
Yes! Under the leadership of Member Center Manager Jessica Kline, the entire Oshtemo team will be transitioning to serve you at the new Stadium Drive location.
