SOUTH HAVEN, MICHIGAN – SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 – Honor Credit Union is excited to announce the internal promotion of Natalie Dye to South Haven Member Center Manager. In this role, she is responsible for leading the daily operations of the member center and its team while providing financial solutions to members and initiatives that support Honor’s member promise.
Natalie has been with Honor since 2021 and previously served as the Member Services Manager for the Shoreline Region. As Member Services Manager, she was responsible for supporting member center teams and ensuring teams were equipped with proper coaching, development, and training to maximize the member experience.
In her new role, she looks forward to creating relationships in the South Haven community, getting to know the local businesses, and continuing to drive an optimal member experience with her team.
