GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN – JULY 19, 2023 – Honor Credit Union is proud to announce the hire of Brandy Bitson as Allendale Member Center Manager. In this role, she is responsible for leading the daily operations of the member center and its team while providing solutions to members and initiatives that support Honor’s member promise.

Brandy joins Honor with over 20 years of financial experience and knowledge to share with her team and community. Her previous positions include Teller, Customer Service Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, Banking Center Manager, Business Services, and the Corporate Risk Division.

When asked what she looks forward to most in her new role as member center manager, she discussed the importance of financial education for young adults just beginning to navigate the financial world.  

“The Allendale Member Center is just three minutes from Grand Valley University, and having the opportunity to help them positively navigate their finances from the start is exciting. We can impact their lives and make a difference from the start. I am part of an amazing team, and I know that together we will build relationships that create a successful member center.”

Brandy grew up in Grand Rapids and now resides in West Olive with her significant other, and together, they have three adult children and two Rottweiler puppies.
