BERRIEN SPRINGS, MICHIGAN – AUGUST 14, 2023 – Honor Credit Union is excited to announce the internal promotion of Courtney Waechter to Member Experience Manager.
The Member Experience Manager will ensure that goals and objectives for the teams are achieved through close collaboration with Honor’s Member Service Managers, provide support in member centers as needed, and assist with consistency efforts and process improvements to Honor’s Member Experience across its communities.
Courtney has spent 17 years in the financial industry in customer service and management positions. Most recently, she spent the last 10 years as the South Haven Member Center Manager for Honor.
“I am really excited for the opportunity to grow and develop our floating member service team,” commented Waechter. “I am passionate about helping my team achieve their career goals, and this new position allows me to fill my cup while also challenging me in new ways.”
Courtney resides in Breedsville, MI, with her husband Erich. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with their friends and family.
