A Message To Members About Coronavirus (COVID-19)
As we continue to monitor reports of the potential impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that Honor Credit Union is here to serve your financial needs. During this evolving public health situation, our main priority is the health and safety of our team and our members.
Our member centers remain open to serve you without interruption, and we’ve taken several precautionary measures, including enhanced cleaning and increased sanitation of high-touch surfaces, to ensure we are following best practices to mitigate risks for our team and the public. Though the immediate risk to the general public is considered to be low, we believe it’s prudent to practice preventative health actions and be prepared as conditions change.
We also remain open to serve you remotely through online banking and the Honor mobile app. You can use either option to check balances, make payments, transfer funds, view transactions, or deposit checks. If you haven’t created an account in online banking, we encourage you to enroll today using your member number and Social Security number for first-time enrollment. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 800.442.2800.
If you or your family have been impacted by COVID-19, and need financial support, we’re here to help. We understand that the scope of impact may include areas outside of your control and our team members are ready to provide financial guidance and discuss solutions that may be available to you.
For additional information about COVID-19, view the latest report from the Centers for Disease Control at cdc.gov.
We will continue to monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our members and our communities as needs arise.
Thank you for being a member.
